Kuwait, new sanctions on employees
The Kuwaiti government has imposed new restrictions on employees working in the private sector.
According to Kuwaiti media reports, a statement issued by the Kuwaiti Public Authority for Manpower stated that all workers in the private sector who have a diploma or higher educational qualification should be relocated or resettled. You have to get your degree approved before.
According to sources in the Public Authority for Manpower, after the new service, the procedure will be electronic, through which the employee will have to get the approved numbers to get the company file and then provide it to the banks.
According to the report, for the transfer of residency, the private company has to provide a file to the bank on which the registered number of the workers and the details of salaries will be listed.
According to the report, all these documents will reach the authority after which it will be able to view the payroll automatically.
According to sources, the new procedure proposed by the Public Authority for Manpower has been declared unnecessary, but the benefit will be that in the absence of anyone, the transfer of residence or renewal of residence will not be delayed.
