Javed Miandad’s 47 year old world record
47 years ago today, renowned Pakistani batsman Javed Miandad set a world record which has been refreshed by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).
A photo of Javed Miandad has been shared on the PCB’s verified Facebook account, which mentions his world record.
Today, 47 years ago, Javed Miandad had the honor of scoring the youngest triple century in first-class cricket, the PCB wrote.
Javed Miandad scored 311 runs while playing for Karachi Whites on April 14, 1975 at the National Stadium Karachi.
